Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the "tomassoan" e-commerce website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Prices

All product prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. "tomassoan" reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Orders are placed through the website. Each order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. "tomassoan" reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Banking details are not stored by "tomassoan". Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Stripe.

If payment authorization is refused, the order will be automatically canceled.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. "tomassoan" cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping fees are specified before the order is confirmed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, customers have 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

8. Complaints

All complaints should be submitted to "tomassoan" customer service as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website. A solution will be proposed promptly.

Information collected during orders is necessary for order processing and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of "tomassoan", unless legally required otherwise.
